How to Build a 20-Minute Red Light Routine You'll Actually Keep

The most common reason a red light device ends up in a drawer isn't the device — it's that using it never became a routine. The fix is boring but effective: attach it to something you already do every day.

Pick your anchor

Most Veliora customers land on one of three anchor points: right after a workout, during an evening wind-down (reading, a show, a cup of tea), or first thing in the morning while coffee brews. The specific time matters less than picking one and sticking to it.

Wrap it on, press the button, sit still

The entire routine is three steps. Plug in the adapter and wrap the pad around the area you want covered, keeping a thin layer of clothing between the pad and bare skin. Press the single button on the controller and start on the lowest heat setting. Then sit for twenty minutes and do whatever you'd normally be doing anyway.

Give it real time before judging results

This is not an overnight product, and it's worth saying plainly. Most people give it several weeks of consistent sessions before deciding whether it's working for them — which is part of why a 30-day window to decide is worth having.

One session a day is the routine these devices are built around. More isn't better, and consistency matters more than intensity.
